Please only fill this form in and submit when you have confirmed the new wedding date.  Upon completion I’ll take the existing booking out of the diary and transfer it to the new date.   This means your existing booking date will now be a blank space in my diary and available for someone else to book. Do not fill this form in if you’ve not moved your wedding date and are only creating a backup option. 

I’m happy to pencil a backup date for couples and give them first refusal should anyone else enquire for the same date.
